ELVIS – is an exclusive, eccentric high-end living villa with 6 spacious bedrooms where quality & attention are paramount. It is the ideal base for stays with several families, friends or if an anniversary is being celebrated for which you want to take your whole family for an unforgettable holiday in Corfu.

ELVIS – can be booked for groups up to 16 people. And even with this maximum occupancy you will find all the space, peace & privacy in the cozy designed living rooms, comfortable bedrooms, the many terraces and seating areas.

The fantastic BBQ pavilion – even an extra gas BBQ on the front terrace – the huge garden with the nice swimming pool and a huge kids playground makes that there is plenty to do for everyone, from young to old.

ELVIS – is all about pampering, about class & quality but above all relaxed enjoyment. That is why the artistic and comfortable bedrooms are also equipped with high-quality COCOMAT beds with heavenly toppers, made up with delicious, fresh creaking bedding made of the finest Swiss cotton. Is there a pillow menu and are all rooms equipped with individual air conditioning, central heating, luxury smart TVs with internet and Netflix.
Of course there are also nice thick towels and bathrobes as well as delicious bath products and a nice gift waiting for use.

Villa Eliá – Ano Korakiana – Corfu

Villa Elia is situated in a wonderfully quiet location surrounded by old olive groves next to the village of Ano Korakiana on Corfu. The plot ensures total privacy and offers fantastic and wide views over much of the green Corfu, the Ionian Sea, the Greek mainland and Albania. Villa Eliá can accommodate 6 to 8 people, is built by us in traditional Corfiotic style and is equipped with all the comforts including floor cooling and heating throughout the villa. The décor consists of antique and brocante furniture and trinkets.

The layout of villa Elia

large kitchen with large dining table, utility room with washing machine; separate guest toilet; living room with fireplace, smart TV, bedroom with double bed, space for an extra bed and with en-suite bathroom with rain shower and toilet. All rooms on the ground floor are extended to a spacious covered porch.
First floor: Corridor with access to a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower and toilet; a bedroom with two one-person beds, space for an extra bed and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, bathtub and separate shower room with rain shower. Both bedrooms come out on an over-covered porch.

Private swimming pool

In the garden is a beautiful private infinity swimming pool of 40 m2, in which you can take a lovely refreshing dip during the warm summer months. There are several terraces where you can relax in the sun as well as in the shade and enjoy the peace and space around you. There are also several play opportunities in the garden for the children so that they too can have a good time and enjoy themselves.

The name of villa Elia

Eliá means olive or olive tree and is pronounced as elliá. Since the villa is surrounded by old olive groves, we found this an appropriate name, which is also nicely in the ear! You can combine your holiday in the villa with a stay on one of our sailing yachts. You can also use the villa as a base for, for example, a walking, cycling or golfing holiday. In order to be able to discover the island optimally, it is recommended to book a rental car. You can book these with us at an attractive price. The villa can be occupied all year round, as the house is equipped with all the comforts, including an underfloor heating, cooling system and fireplace. Of course, wood is taken care of.
